Welcome to Mocha Molly’s. I am Toni, the owner, and I wanted a space to share a few different things. This ‘thoughts’ section will be a first stop for introducing new items to the shop. That way we can give a bit of an introduction to it and let you get a better understanding before you come in. This will also be a spot to explain some coffee and beverage terms or ideas that seem complicated. I’ve noticed that coffee can be overwhelming for people that have never been on the other side of the counter. Taking some of the confusion out of coffee can make it easier for someone to make an informed decision and be much more satisfied with the drink they choose. Our end goal is being the best part of someone’s day. If you walk in confused, order quickly to get it over with, and leave with a drink you don’t enjoy, or even worse, throw away, then we haven’t done our job. Mocha Molly’s should be a gourmet experience, a treat, a time out from your day where you can close your eyes and hold your favorite drink up to your face, soaking in the aroma before you take your first sip, letting it transform your day, if only for a few moments. Lastly, this will be a spot for general thoughts from the life of a barista.
